Who inspires me?

I'm so excited about today's blog prompt because I have so many people that inspire me to be a better person! I think it's so important to surround yourself with as much positivity as possible, that way you'll inevitably conform to it and act in a better way! Here's some people that help me to be more positive! (No particular order).

Why did I start blogging?

I'm currently taking part in a blogging challenge this week called 'Trigger Your Blog'. I've wanted to do something like this for so long because I want my blog to be a place that I feel proud of. So, here we are. I never thought about writing the reasons for why I started blogging, so I think this will be fun! Let's get started!

Reading slumps are the worst...

Why do we have reading slumps? They make me so sad. I want to read, and I'll just look at my books and be like 'I'M SORRY I CAN'T DO IT!' I just cannot read. It sucks.

Book Tag!

I got a little side-tracked and ended up reading posts from so many other book blogs for a while. I found this tag on my endeavours and thought it would be fun to do :)

Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon | Book Review

Okay. This book is fantastic. I feel like my heart has been shattered into a million pieces. I'm not over exaggerating.

Everything, Everything follows a teenager called Madeline Whittier who is allergic to the world. She has a rare disease known as SCID (Severe Combined Immunodeficiency). She cannot leave her house because the risks are too severe. That is, until Olly comes along and provokes the thoughts in Madeline's mind about how much she is losing out.

Side Effects May Vary by Julie Murphy | Book Review

Okay, I just want to address the fact that I'm writing this literally just after I finished reading the book. I feel like I'm typing so fast because I want to get everything I feel into this blog post. I just can't control my feelings right now. Hang on, let me breathe for a second.
Alright, I'm good.

2015 Book Survey!

This post is a little late, because it's already 2016... However, I still thought it would be a fun way to show my favourite books of 2015! Here we go!

1. How many books did you read? Did you meet your goal?
My goal for this year was 25, because I had a lot of things happening with university and whatever else life threw at me. I did manage to reach my goal, which I'm really proud of! I read 26 books in 2015 :)

2. Most read genre?
Probably YA Contemporary. It's my favourite genre to read, so I was making the most of it! I really want to try out different genres this year though! I'll make sure I do.
